Deleting cache and uninstalling the app no longer works for me. Infinite loading. Sometimes it even tells me I put in the wrong password, then I have to purposefully do a wrong one (because it won't accept correct one if I just try clicking the button with the correct one in), and trying the wrong one before I can attempt the correct one again. Sometimes even that's not enough. And I'm still met with infinite loading.

I would give it a 5 star rating just a year ago. But for the last two months it's just not working so I deleted it and installed it again. ..and again, it's just not loading properly. Even worse is that I cannot login from the web site when I have the app downloaded.

Testing should be done before app updates! Also, under-the-hood updates aren't recommended. Users should be informed about updates, and 'what is new' should reflect 'what has changed' in your app. Fortunately, I have been using your services for years, so you can consider this criticism constructive advice.
