About this app

Bus timetables and bus tickets for the whole of Serbia, in one app. POLAZAK searches the intercity bus timetable of dozens of carriers, shows fares and journey times, and lets you buy the bus ticket online, by payment card or by bank transfer. The ticket with its QR code stays in your phone, with no queue at the bus station.

The app is built on polazak.rs, the system that has been digitizing bus timetables in Serbia, Montenegro and parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2010. It is the largest timetable database in the region and it now travels with you.

TIMETABLE SEARCH

Search by origin, destination and date, one way or with a return ticket. Results can be sorted by departure time, arrival time, price or journey length. If the chosen day has no departures, the app offers the next day that does. Timetables and stations can be searched without an account.

BUYING A BUS TICKET ONLINE

By payment card: card details are entered on the bank page, with a 3D Secure check. Dina, Visa and MasterCard are supported.

By bank transfer: the reservation is valid for 24 hours or until sales close for that departure, whichever comes first. The transfer can be paid in a bank, at a post office or by scanning the IPS QR code in your banking app.

One order can hold several passengers. Fellow travelers can be saved, so next time they are one tap away.

THE TICKET IN YOUR PHONE

After payment the ticket is in My tickets right away. It carries a ticket number and the QR code that is scanned at departure, it opens as a PDF and it can be added to Google Wallet. For some carriers the ticket is issued by the carrier, so the PDF arrives at your email address as soon as the carrier prepares it.

My reservations keeps unpaid reservations waiting for a bank transfer, active and expired, together with the PDF payment order.

BUS STATIONS AND CARRIERS

Find a bus station, see today's departures from it and open its location in Google Maps or in Waze. The list of carriers we work with is there as well, among them Lasta, Niš ekspres, Jugoprevoz Kruševac, Litas and Božur.

TICKET HELP

Inside the app you can start a refund request or a travel date change request and ask support about platform tickets and luggage. The email opens already filled in with the reservation details.

ACCOUNT

Sign in with Google, with Apple or with an email address and password. The account keeps your tickets, your reservations and your saved passengers.

LANGUAGES AND CURRENCIES

The app works in Serbian, English and Hungarian. Prices can be shown in dinars, euros, dollars or Swiss francs.

POPULAR ROUTES

Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Subotica, Kragujevac, Čačak, Užice, Zrenjanin, Kruševac, Vranje, Sombor, Šabac, Valjevo, Leskovac, Pančevo, Bor, Zaječar and hundreds of smaller towns. Bus tickets for Montenegro and for parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina are sold in the app as well.
