About this app

Smart Scan speeds up the check-in and check-out of guests in the eTurista system by scanning a passport or ID card. Instead of manually rewriting the data, you take a picture of the document with your phone, check what the application has read and send the application — in a few seconds, without empty fields and typos.

Smart Scan is an independent product of Data AI Solutions. It is not an official application of the Republic of Serbia or any state authority. The official source of information about the eTurista system is eturista.gov.rs.

WHO IS THE APPLICATION FOR?

For the owners and staff of apartments, houses, rooms, villas and smaller hotels in Serbia — for everyone who rents out accommodation and has the obligation to register guests in the eTurista system. It is especially useful when you have frequent changes of guests, register both domestic and foreign guests, or manage multiple facilities and multiple eTurista accounts.

• Check-out of guests — manually when it suits you or automatically, according to the set departure date

HOW IT WORKS — THREE STEPS

1. Scan the document. Take a photo of your passport or ID card and the application reads the data for you.
2. Check the data. Review what has been read, correct if necessary and complete the residence information.
3. Submit the application. The data goes to the eTurista system, and the guest is recorded.

When the stay ends, check-out is completed from the same guest card — manually or automatically, if you scheduled it during check-in.

SUBSCRIPTION AND SUPPORT

An existing eTurista account is required to use the application. Smart Scan uses your eTurista access data exclusively to submit applications on your behalf.
