About this app

This application is the Business component of the single OZO.Direct Platform, designed to provide and administer food orders for your Guests.


- Manage orders from your phone
All orders in progress will always be at your fingertips and available for management.

- Find out about orders in time
The notification system allows the user to timely learn about incoming new orders immediately at the time of creation.

- Get full information about the order
The order received from the user contains all the necessary information about the ordered dish, additional options, the client and payment.

- Inform guests about the status of orders
By changing the statuses in the mobile application, you automatically inform the Guest about the change in the readiness status of his order.

- Analyze results
All processed orders are stored in the order history in the system and are available for analysis in the form of reports.

- Manage your electronic menu
The application allows you to quickly create new and adjust existing dishes. You can also temporarily turn dishes on/off when the need arises.

- Manage delivery terms
You can manage all aspects of food delivery from your restaurant - enable/disable delivery, change delivery schedules, set delivery costs by zone, set limits.
