Quorum - The Chapter Platform

Quorum Platform

About this app

Quorum is the private platform for YPO chapters - built for the chapter, run by the chapter, and sealed to its members. No ads, no tracking, no public anything.

Membership comes from your chapter. If you're a member, a Gold member, or a spouse or partner of one, sign in with the email your chapter has on file - Quorum finds your chapter and opens the door. First-timers tap one button and a sign-in link arrives by email.

FIVE ROOMS, ONE HOUSE
• Today - your forum's feed, dealt fresh from your rooms, the season, the albums, and the people around you: wins worth a toast, asks the room shouldn't scroll past, and For You, where anything that needs you sits pinned on top.
• Events - the whole season with original artwork, one-tap RSVP for the household, day-of details, dinner seatings, and years of chapter history - with YPO International's flagships on the same feed.
• Messages - the conversations between meetings: interest groups, one-to-one notes, and a thread for every event and forum, with photos, clips, and voice notes.
• Chapter - the chapter's own floor: the member directory with profiles written like magazine features, the media wall, the season's theme, and the story so far.
• You - your card, your tools, fingerprint or face unlock, and every preference in one place.

BUILT FOR THE WAY FORUMS ACTUALLY RUN
• Forum meetings with agendas, time budgets, and minutes.
• Retreat planning that turns a destination into a day-by-day plan the room can shape together.
• Payments for events that need them - pay the chapter in a tap, or split peer-paid dinners with the room.
• Notifications that deep-link to the exact post, event, or request - never a home screen.
• Subscribe once and the season lives in your calendar, conflicts flagged before you RSVP.

FOR SPOUSES AND PARTNERS: THE WING
A wing of the house that belongs to spouses and partners - daylight where the member side is midnight. Gatherings, the summer map, voyages, a house list of trusted recommendations, and the people who make the chapter a community.

SEALED BY DESIGN
• Private to the chapter - every screen requires membership.
• Rooms are sealed to their rosters; the platform enforces it, not just the culture.
• Biometric lock, screenshot protection in sealed rooms, and a sign-out-everywhere lever for a lost phone.
• What's shared here stays here.

Quorum is for YPO chapters and their members. If your chapter runs on Quorum, the door is one email away.
