About this app

This is a modified version of Signalware's RTL-SDR Driver which supports the RTL-SDR Blog V4 which is based on the R828D tuner.

It remains backwards compatible with other RTL-SDR's based on the R820T/2/R860, E4000 and other tuner chips as well.
