Did not want to download this app at all costs, but the government left no choice. I won't attach any cards or my ID data, given that all the latest reviews are 1⭐. People just don't trust you. And there is a reason for sure. Today wanted to add some money to the wallet through terminal, and... What a surprise, it shows that my monthly replenishment limit is exceeded and I can't fill it. Here's my secret, I was trying to fill it FOR THE FIRST TIME, and it tells "try next month". Bravo TellCell.

Very very poor omtimized app. Crashes everytime, error or connection problem daily. Everytime when I enter the bus or metro station It's down: app is loading from 10 to 20 minutes. Or when I need to make an important transfer or a purchase it's down. During rush hours it's another nightmare. Edit. I forgot. It takes ages to get to their customer support

This app is seriously the worst. It's supposed to handle transportation payments, but it's broken half the time, leaving you stranded and not knowing how to get where you're going
