About this app

Rhythm Trainer is a series of fun field-tested exercises for mastering your essential rhythmic skills no matter what instrument you play.

Practice 15 minutes a day in an individual session. The app will adjust the tempo and rhythms for you.

Test your rhythmic skills. Get hang of the metronome beat. Learn to repeat different rhythms. Improve your sight reading skill.

It won’t take long to see that the app is much more efficient and exciting compared to conventional exercises along with a metronome.

Whether you practice alone or with a teacher, Rhythm Trainer will help you to:
• Develop a sense of rhythm.
• Sight-read rhythm notation.
• Hear mistakes in a rhythm by ear.

In the paid version there is no limit of 10 minutes per day, you can use the app as much as you need.

Rhythm is the heart of music. Learn the skill once, play rhythmically forever.

I purchased the "unlock" and after a few days was told my purchase was canceled and would be refunded. I did not ask for a cancellation nor for a refund. I have yet to see a refund (I understand it can take days to weeks) but would like to know why my purchase was canceled. I enjoy the app and was looking forward to spending too much time using it. Thanks.

Need idea but I also do not like the awkward pause. It may be the best way according to whoever but it's a very unrealistic scenario. The pause isn't timed very well. You end up having to guess when to hit and hope you don't scuff the first note and therefore your next notes won't be perfect. I understand the concept but this wouldn't happen in a real life scenario. Your band wouldn't play a bar then wait a bar in a diff tempo then go back to the old tempo. The online one was far worse too.

Good app. I wish it was actually free. You get part way in and then they charge you to keep going. Update: Yes I did pay for it, but it is great app. If you consider buying a technical book for rhythm you may pay the same thing. After using this for a few months, I'm noticing a big difference. The interactive teaching is the way to go.
