The DIRECT MED app organizes communication between doctors and patients, keeping the doctor's contact information confidential. Communication can take place via text messages, audio, or video calls within a consultation.
If a doctor initiates a call during a consultation, the app displays the incoming call with a full-screen notification so the user can promptly respond and continue the conversation.
Communications are divided into requests, and you can always view them in your history.
Each doctor has a personal ID number that can be used to find them.
Registration for doctors and patients is free.
Typical use cases for the DIRECT MED app include continuing communication with a doctor after an in-person appointment or finding a doctor by recommendation.
For doctors:
Are you receiving work-related messages in private chats?
Is your personal contact information being shared?

- Audio and video calls are available during consultations.

With the Direct-Med app, you:
- Stay in touch with your doctor from anywhere in the world.
- You can chat or call during your consultation.
- The consultation system allows you to conveniently organize communication on multiple topics.

The materials and advice provided by the platform should be considered as simple consultations based on the symptoms you describe, and not as a complete and personal medical analysis.
