Client account for Workshop #1 – shoe, clothing, and leather goods repair in Moscow.
WHAT THE APP DOES
• Orders under control. You can see every order from receipt to delivery: accepted, in progress, preparing, and ready. Photos of the item before and after repair are right in the order card.
• Order from home. Describe the item and the problem, attach a photo, and provide the address – a courier will pick it up. The workshop will confirm the exact price upon approval.
• Payment without a cashier. An electronic receipt with the terms and conditions is always at hand. Pay via the Fast Payment System (SBP) or by deposit in two taps after approving the order.
• Cashback on your deposit. Pay in cash, by card, or by Fast Payment System (SBP) – a portion of the amount is returned to your deposit. The higher your monthly turnover, the higher your status and percentage: Silver 2%, Gold 3%, Platinum 4%, Diamond 5%. Subsequent orders are paid for with a deposit.
• Chat with the workshop. If you have any questions about your order, deadlines, or price, write to us in the chat; we'll respond quickly. You can attach a photo.
• Relevant notifications. Orders accepted, approved, ready, and cashback accrued—the app notifies you automatically. No spam.
• Work evaluation. After delivery, please rate the work. If something isn't right, contact the manager directly; we'll resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Log in using your phone number and SMS code—no passwords or registration required.
