About this app

Ewento Admin is the working app of an event organizer's team.

This is NOT the attendee app. You sign in with an Ewento organizer account -
the same email and password as the web dashboard. If you are attending an
event and have an access code, the app you need is "Ewento".

REGISTRATION DESK
• Find an attendee by first name, last name, email, company, position or access code
• Filter by category
• Profile: contacts, company, position, bio, categories, status
• Correct the data and the categories right at the desk
• The personal QR code and access code an attendee signs in with

ATTENDEE REQUESTS
• The inbox of requests attendees send to the organizer
• Reply from the app; the thread updates in real time
• A push notification on every new request - nobody has to sit in the dashboard

BROADCASTS AND CONTENT
• Push to attendees: the text and the audience - everyone or selected categories
• A link straight to the right section of the attendee app
• Send now or schedule it, with a history of everything sent
• News: publish, unpublish, delete
• Stories: photo and video from the gallery, a title in every language of the event

GROUP CHAT MODERATION
• The message feed of each group
• Delete a message in one tap
• Ban an author for a set time, and the list of active bans
• Anti-spam: messages per minute, maximum length, stop words, link filter

BEACON CHECK
• Scan the venue: which Ewento BLE beacons are on air, the building, signal strength
• Battery, temperature and uptime from the beacon's own telemetry
• Battery levels go straight into the equipment registry - no walk-around with a multimeter

THE WHOLE DASHBOARD, INSIDE
The Dashboard tab opens the full Ewento web admin already signed in: agenda,
speakers, mailings, analytics - everything the big screen has, without typing
the password again.

PERMISSIONS
Sections open according to your role in the Ewento workspace. What you cannot
do in the dashboard will not appear here either.

HOW TO GET ACCESS
Accounts are created by the owner of the Ewento workspace - there is no
self-registration in the app. If you have no access, ask the event organizer.

The interface is available in Russian and English, switchable in the profile.

What’s new

Meeting check-in:
• "Slot × table" grid, plus a list with sorting and search.
• "With table" filter: meetings with a table booking are shown by default.
• One "Took place" button per meeting, compact cards.
• Occupied tables and the slot summary are shown clearly.
• If there are no meetings today, the nearest upcoming day opens.
• Fixed the layout after marking a meeting: meetings and activities are visible again.
