The app is not an official service of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Russian Union of Motor Insurers, or other government agencies.
Data sources: regional Unified Information and Settlement Centers (EIRTS), management companies, utility providers, educational institutions, and transport card operators, official open data sources, and legal APIs for convenient verification and payment:

Password recovery doesn't work.. Any suggestions??

Приложение сообщило, что данные успешно записаны на транспортную карту через NFC. А в транспорте при оплате обнаружилось, что ничего не записано. И исправлять в этой ситуации похоже никто ничего не собирается. Советую по возможности избегать использования этого приложения.

Глупый помощник - новый слоган вам. Нажимаю на "добавить в мои платежи" не добавляет, нажимаю на галочку при выборе оплаты - ошибка. Я еле еле заплатил за комуналку Всех поувальняйте и закройтесь, бесполезная конторка. P.S. Обновление: 01.03.2023, отзыву ГОД, ничего не поменялось. В данный момент приложение решило бесконечно загружаться.
