About this app

The application Map 51 is ideal for online replenishment of the transport card of the city of Murmansk and the Murmansk region.
You can add an unlimited number of transport cards to the personal account of the application, replenish and track the balance.

ONLINE PAYMENT
Several payment methods are available:
- via SBP,
- entering card details when making a payment,
- payment by card of any bank of the Russian Federation from those linked in your personal account.

REPLENISHMENT
Convenient replenishment of Card 51 is available:
- with delayed recording of trips on the card: after payment, activation of the balance is required during a trip by public transport;
- using NFC technology: replenishment will take about 1 minute, which makes life much easier.
To replenish using NFC technology, you need:
1. Go to the "My cards" section, add your transport card or select the one you need from those already added;
2. Click on the replenishment and in the opened screen, if necessary, enter/adjust the amount of replenishment;
3. Make a payment in a way convenient for you;
4. Record replenishment. To do this, follow the prompts on the smartphone screen: attach the transport card to the NFC antenna of the smartphone and do not remove it until the top-up recording is completed.
Done, the data is recorded on Card 51. The balance in your personal account will be updated within an hour, and you can use this card right away!

MAP SECTION
You can add a transport card in one of two ways:
- manual entry of the card number;
- by barcode/QR-code from the card.
The cards are displayed in a stack and when you swipe down, they are laid out alternately. The card selected for replenishment will be displayed at the top.
For each of the added cards, you can:
- enter or change your comment for convenience;
- set up notifications about replenishment according to specified conditions: on a certain day of the month or with a minimum balance. The notification will be sent by push in the application or to the specified email address of your choice;
- delete an outdated card at any time.

SECTION HISTORY
All receipts for payments in the application are in the Payment History. Each of the replenished transport cards has its own statistics from the moment of the first replenishment. To search for the required receipt or view the payment history, you can set the required period manually or open the list of payments within the required month.

In the news section, look for the latest information on Karta 51 tariffs, changes in office hours and other news.

SECTION PERSONAL ACCOUNT
To use the full functionality of the application, you must register using a valid email address, which will receive payment receipts.
Personal account options:
-management of biometrics and passcode entry in the Authorization settings section;
-adding and editing personal data,
- setting up notifications about the replenishment of transport cards.

SECTION CONTACTS
In this section you will find the address, contact phone number and opening hours of customer service offices.
A form is available to ask a question, where you can create a request for a problematic payment, clarify information about the operation of the application, or clarify other information of interest. There is also a section with answers to frequently asked questions.
