"Transport Card" is a convenient and functional mobile application for users of transport (including social) and bank cards that are used in the "Electronic Travel Card" Transport System.
Using the Transport Card application, you can quickly receive all the relevant information on your transport card:
- Current balance
- Validity
- Travel history
- History of replenishments
For users of ETK-Online transport cards operating in the following regions, a service for connecting and disconnecting services / subscriptions and an online replenishment function is available:
- Altai region,
- Arhangelsk region,
- Astrakhan region,
- Kemerovo region,
- Krasnodar region,
- Kurgan region,
- Lipetsk region.
- Novgorod region,
- Novosibirsk region,
- Orenburg region,
- Perm region,
- Primorsky Krai,
- Sakhalin region,
- Tambov Region,
- Khabarovsk region.
For users paying for transport services using bank cards, the following functions are available:
- View information about the status of a bank card (is it possible to pay for travel in transport)
- View travel history
- Connection of services/subscriptions to a bank card (if it is available in your region)
Viewing the maps on multiple devices requires registration with a valid email address. Later, depending on the setting, you can set up access to the application with a four-digit code, and if supported by your device, with a fingerprint or using the Face function ID.
To add a transport card to the application, you must enter the PAN number of the card (a unique number of 19 digits) indicated on the back of the transport card, or scan the barcode on the back of the card (optional, depending on the types of cards).
To add a bank card to the application, you must enter the 16-digit number on the front side of the bank card and select the region of use.

Wow, It is Improving day by day . It would be much better if you could give an option to recharge it directly from app by debit card .

Hello!
Thank you for feedback. For that moment, replenish is possible only for cards which are using in Biysk and Krasnodar.
Payment functionality is developed, but it is disabled in your region. Its inclusion will occur after the completion of the establishment of legal relations with payment organizations. Please stay tuned.

Здравствуйте, Алексей! Попробуйте выполнить следующий сценарий: 1. Удалите приложение с телефона, 2. Перезагрузите его, 3. Установите приложение заново. Если после выполнения данного сценария ситуация сохранится, то напишите нам на support-tk@cft.ru и сообщите модель вашего устройства.
