The HEADO mobile application is an electronic assistant to the manager responsible for retail sales of stores.
HEADO from the English word "head" - "head" - a program that takes care of solving your "headaches": online control of planned indicators, LFL-comparison and control of the dynamics of the store, calculation of the forecast for the implementation of plans and much more. If you work with the HEADO electronic assistant, then HEADO takes over the collection of sales data, their processing, analysis and allocation of "zones of attention". You, as a manager, get a reliable and simple tool for real management of the performance of each store and employee.
HEADO receives real-time sales data for each store, then processes it and brings it to the heads. The system automatically compares plans and actual sales for all planned indicators. HEADO calculates the forecast - i.e. shows what values (actual sales) the store will achieve at the end of the day and month. The system takes into account the history of each point of work, seasonality, current sales speed - and analytically shows which indicators are “negative” and which are “good” and you need to continue to work with the same speed and quality of sales.
HEADO allows you to conduct LFL sales analysis in a simple and understandable way - without reports, downloads and complex BI systems. Choose the desired period and make a comparison - all the data on the screen of your mobile phone.
