The updated Helix app is a platform for comfortable health care.
Place orders, get test results, control body parameters. The application will help you find out the work schedule of the nearest Diagnostic Center or arrange a home visit by a doctor or nurse.

Приложение и ваша ЦРМ система имеет фундаментальную недоработку. Мне понадобилось сдавать те же анализы и слюны и крови, и я не смог повторить их в одном заказе. Проблема, это то что указанные мной анализы которые я выбрал при заказе как слюны, не передаются в ЦРМ, и оператор не понимает, где нужно указать слюну, а где кровь. Сегодня я провёл 30 минут, пока администратор пыталась разобраться. Зачем тогда в приложении этот выбор, если администратор вбивает это руками?

дурное приложение. скачать все результаты одним файлом невозможно (пишет, что не удалось загрузить). в колл-центре только хамят, а не помогают. дно.

Кривое приложение. Размножили меня на три личных кабинета. Баллы начисляются криво. Поддержка info@helix ru в лице одной из сотрудниц совершенно некомпетентна в технических вопросах по поводу багов в приложении. На письма отвечают отписками. Не вникают в суть дела ни на горячей линии ни по почте. Была клиентом несколько лет. Анализов на сотни тысяч. Перехожу в другую сеть.
