About this app

Turn your phone or tablet into an advanced check-in and check-out monitoring terminal or terminal for keeping records of whom and when took/returned an item/object (keys, equipment, etc.).

Electronic timesheet with identity confirmation using an employee's photo.

Enhance the discipline level, check employees' attendance, control issuance/return of equipment, with no cost of resources or problems.

4 types of check-in and check-out logging:

1) Automatic registration using camera by employee's QR- or barcode (Please check the template for printing cards here – just change the names or codes of employees).
2) Automatic registration using a card or NFC tag.
3) Automatic registration using a barcode scanner connected by OTG (powered- up OTG adapter may be used as well).
4) Manual registration by selecting from a drop-down list.

The photo and its GPS coordinates may be automatically recorded in any of these types.

5 types of reports generation in a convenient Excel format:

1) Via the device web page.
2) By sending a request/letter via e-mail.
3) By automatic uploading to your FTP server.
4) By receiving an xml file with data via API.
5) By manual sending via WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

Integration with Telegram:

• Receive arrival and departure events in real time, with photos and GPS coordinates
• Request and receive a report from any phone, or computer, from anywhere
• Getting a list of present and absent in real time
• Receiving information from any number of registrars in one chat
• Sending an Excel file with a list of employees directly to the registrar(s)
