About this app

The My Tasks UserSide mobile application is designed for mobile work of employees of telecom operators using the UserSide ERP system for their work. Employees will always have up-to-date information on the tasks to which they or their unit have been assigned. Also, promptly, each user can send information and photos to tasks.

Check out the full functionality of the app at https://taskusers.com. The application works in conjunction with a cloud service. Where the administrator keeps track of connected devices, and also configures the application for his server with Userside.

The main functionality of the application includes:

getting a list of tasks for the current date
getting a list of tasks for a specific date
viewing a list of overdue jobs assigned to a given installer
the ability to create a task in UserSide
the ability to use google-maps, osm, Yandex-maps
the ability to view nearby nodes / couplings on maps with a coverage radius
viewing the full description of each task from the UserSide (subscriber, address, contacts, additional data, attached objects)
viewing FOCLs, if they are attached to the task
view comments and photos for the task
viewing the location of the subscriber attached to this task
view the location of the node/coupling attached to this job
viewing the commutation of the node/coupling attached to this job
sending the task for closing, after the work is completed
send a comment to the task you are viewing
sending photos of completed work to the task being viewed
the ability to scan the QR code / barcode of the equipment and transfer this information to this task
viewing equipment assigned to an employee
receive the signal strength of the connected ONU (PON)
the ability to generate a list of supports on the map with further sending to the userside

For user convenience:
the ability to view the list of tasks in the absence of an external Internet connection
introduced the ability to color independently each type of tasks at your discretion
fixation of viewed tasks
the ability to immediately call the subscriber from the task card
the ability to attach a photo to a comment or to a new task both from the gallery and immediately from the device’s camera
light/dark theme
