I booked and prepaid an airport transfer for an elderly person with poor eyesight, including a meet-and-greet with a name sign. The driver never showed up. Support claimed to send a “backup,” but actually just called another taxi without proper pickup at the terminal. The passenger was expected to find the car alone, and support contacted them via WhatsApp instead of calling. I had to insist on assistance. Do not recommend — they simply ordered another taxi and took a 30% commission.

Driver should get vehicle close to the exit of the terminal rather than asking passengers to bring their luggage trolleys to the parking lot
