About this app

The Logistics mobile app allows drivers to manage electronic consignment notes (ECWLs) and waybills (WBLs) using a phone or tablet.

When working with a consignment note (ECWL), drivers can:
— View information about the sender and recipient, shipping details, and cargo
— Confirm cargo acceptance and delivery with a simple electronic signature (SES)
— Sign ECWLs with a qualified electronic signature (QES) of a legal entity via the Gosklyuch app (for individual entrepreneurs registered as carriers)
— Track the status of consignment notes in real time
— Present a QR code to traffic police officers for ECWL verification. Signed waybills and QR codes will be available in the app even without internet access.
— Bulk confirm cargo acceptance/delivery and add comments for multiple waybills at once.

When working with waybills (EPL)
— Monitor inspection results—medical examination and technical inspection—for departure and arrival.
— Present the QR code to traffic police officers for EPL verification.
— Record fuel data in the waybill upon departure, at gas stations, and upon arrival at the garage. Offline mode with deferred fuel data submission after connecting to the internet.
