Poor service. We booked our tickets through your site and went to the airport, only to be denied boarding by the local airline. You refused to refund our tickets, claiming the time to apply for a refund had passed, even though we spent all that time at the airport trying to board. As a result, we lost our flight, tickets, and time, and your site did nothing to help.
