A virtual PBX from MGTS is now at hand 24/7, wherever you are. Control company calls, listen to call records, study call statistics, change the PBX settings - as soon as you have such a need. Help your team become more efficient with the mobile app!

What can be done in the mobile application:
- listen to recordings of conversations in order to timely respond to problem calls and monitor the quality of customer service;
- view a summary of calls for the current day in order to understand what is happening with the company's calls right now;
- study statistics on calls for an arbitrary period in order to assess the dynamics for the company as a whole or for a specific employee;
- change the VPBX settings in order to quickly correct the routes of receiving calls or set up call forwarding.

To use the mobile application, log in with the credentials of the user of the Virtual PBX from MGTS.
