"Our City" helps to make Moscow better!
Do they not take out the garbage in the yard on time? Traffic light not working? Spotted a hole in the road? Report a problem and it will not go unnoticed!
Using the Our City app, every resident of the capital can report problems in the maintenance of city facilities (poor cleaning, potholes, lighting problems, etc.) and monitor the quality of problem resolution by city services.
To authorize in the application, use the login and password from the mos.ru website.
Reporting a problem is easy, in just three steps:
1. Select an object
2. Choose a problematic topic
3. Attach a photo and describe the problem
You will receive an answer in your personal account within 8 working days!

Очень нужное приложение, обеспечивающее обратную связь. Не всегда в выпадающих списках удаётся найти подходящий пункт, но видно, что работа по улучшению ведётся и изменения появляются.
