This company used to be good but the became a scam. they originally had a $30 unlimited fix deal which was well worth it but then started charging $10 just to have the ability to come in for repairs with supposed "lowest cost bike repairs" which couldn't be far from the truth. Now they raised it to $20 per month just to be able to come in for repairs and then charge u more on top of it which comes out to more than places that don't charge you a subscription fee. Cancel Your sub! it's a scam!

bad experience 3rd st. Philadelphia no available bikes, had to put on order. picked up the bike and they had NO avaliable swappable batteries. I found out they did not enroll me in the doordash bonus program!!! they tell me I have to wait a month and restart a new yearly subscription. When I finally got my swappable battery, they did not give or tell me i needed a different charger. Now I have a old charger with the swappable battery and can't charge at home.

UPDATE THE FREAKIN APP IT IS SAD WHEN YOU HAVE TO DELETE THE APP JUST BECAUSE THE CARD PAYMENT DON'T WORK!!!
