This company used to be good but the became a scam. they originally had a $30 unlimited fix deal which was well worth it but then started charging $10 just to have the ability to come in for repairs with supposed "lowest cost bike repairs" which couldn't be far from the truth. Now they raised it to $20 per month just to be able to come in for repairs and then charge u more on top of it which comes out to more than places that don't charge you a subscription fee. Cancel Your sub! it's a scam!

The app itself is decent enough cobbled together slop, but this actual service is one of the worst I've ever used. Just save up for your own e-bike because you'll be charged an arm and a leg for any little ding or scratch on the bike return. $279 monthly is an INSANE price for bikes that aren't even that good. And I hope you love getting flats because they'll lie to your face and say nothing's wrong with the tire and just fill it back up when they obviously need to replace the out tire.
