This company used to be good but the became a scam. they originally had a $30 unlimited fix deal which was well worth it but then started charging $10 just to have the ability to come in for repairs with supposed "lowest cost bike repairs" which couldn't be far from the truth. Now they raised it to $20 per month just to be able to come in for repairs and then charge u more on top of it which comes out to more than places that don't charge you a subscription fee. Cancel Your sub! it's a scam!

do not. bikes are turned off when they want. I called once. andtalked to one guy who said it'll be on in 5- 10 min . all payments up to date and everything. didn't come back on. called back and they kept hanging up on me . still off . plus they try to scare you into paying extra money. there's better places . whizz need to shut down and reimburse us
