About this app
"My Cherepovets" is a platform that unites caring residents of the city on a single portal, allowing them to participate in the life of the city by taking part in polls, report problems and much more. The project is being created and developed according to the standards of the national program "Smart City".
The following modules are available to all residents:
Report problems.
Send messages according to the available problem types. Your appeal will automatically go to the right organization. You can monitor the progress of work on your message, monitor the status change. If there are clarifying questions, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision made by the contractor.
Outages and repairs.
Learn about power outages, heating, cold and hot water. The application always contains up-to-date information on repair work for the entire city. Subscribe to addresses of interest and receive sound notifications with information on outages in your home.
Polls and social polls.
On the project "My Cherepovets" voting is held on the most pressing issues, touching upon such topics as transport, education, housing and communal services, issues of urban development. The services of the city administration are involved in the formation and conduct of voting, therefore the issues submitted for consideration are of great importance for the improvement and development of our city.
City Alerts.
Receive alerts about important events in the city - messages about road repairs and bypass routes, a poster with the schedule of city holidays, storm warnings from the Ministry of Emergencies and much more.
How does it work?
The functioning of the project in the city is carried out with the support of the administration. If the contractor (MC, resource supplying organizations, garbage operator, etc.) does not perform work on your message, the city administration will independently control the progress of work on your message.
Information about outages comes directly from official sources: resource supply organizations, information departments of the city administration, dispatch services of management companies. Each organization has a specialized admin panel.
Information about city alerts, city government plans and news comes from the city administration departments and the city press service.
The information in the application is posted and processed by the following organizations and departments of Cherepovets:

- MAU "TSMIRiT"
- Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the Mayor's Office of Cherepovets
- Public Relations Department of the City Hall of Cherepovets
- Department of housing and communal services of the mayor's office of Cherepovets
- Department of Administrative Relations of the City Hall
- Housing Department of the City Hall of Cherepovets
- Environmental Protection Committee of the City Hall of Cherepovets
- Committee for Property Management of the city of Cherepovets
- Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Mayor's Office of Cherepovets
and other departments.
