About this app
"My Irkutsk Region" is a platform that unites residents of the Irkutsk Region on a single portal, allowing them to participate in the life of the city by taking part in voting, report problems and much more. The project is being created and developed according to the standards of the national program "Smart City".
The following modules are available to all residents:
Report problems.
Submit messages according to the available problem types. Your appeal will automatically go to the right organization. You can monitor the progress of work on your message, monitor the status change. If there are clarifying questions, a chat is provided between the user (resident) and the dispatcher of the organization responsible for eliminating this problem. Upon completion of the work, you can evaluate the quality of the service provided or reject the decision if you are not satisfied with the decision made by the contractor.
Outages and repairs.
Learn about power outages, heating, cold and hot water. The application always contains up-to-date information on repair work for the entire city. Subscribe to addresses of interest and receive audio notifications with information on outages in your home.
Polls and social polls.
On the project "My Irkutsk Region", voting is held on the most pressing issues, touching upon such topics as transport, education, housing and communal services, issues of urban development. The services of the city administration are engaged in the formation and conduct of voting, therefore the issues submitted for consideration are of great importance for the improvement and development of our city.
City Alerts.
Receive alerts about important events in the city - messages about road repairs and bypass routes, a poster with the schedule of city holidays, storm warnings from the Ministry of Emergencies and much more.
How does it work?
The functioning of the project on the territory of the city is carried out with the support of the administration. If the contractor (MC, resource supplying organizations, garbage operator, etc.) does not perform work on your message, the city administration will independently control the progress of work on your message.
Information about outages comes directly from official sources: resource supplying organizations, information departments of the city administration, dispatching services of management companies. Each organization has a specialized admin panel.
Information about city alerts, plans of city authorities and news comes from the departments of the city administration and the city press service.
The information in the application is posted and processed by the following departments of the Irkutsk region:
- Department for work with citizens' appeals and provision of information on housing and communal services
- Department of Housing and Public Utilities and Municipal Housing Control
- Department of communal resources
- Department of operation and maintenance of highways
- Control Department of the Irkutsk Region
- Department of innovative development of the Irkutsk region
- Local government bodies of the cities of the Irkutsk region
