Multicom is a mobile app for employees of Multicom Group client companies.
All in one place: corporate telephony, customer correspondence across all channels, and internal chats with colleagues.
— CALLS —
• Receiving and making calls via your corporate PBX (SIP).
• Incoming call push notifications appear on the lock screen even when the app is closed.
• Support for Bluetooth headsets and wired headphones.
• Call control from the notification shade: answer, decline, switch to speakerphone, or put on hold.
• Incoming, outgoing, and missed call logs with caller IDs from your phone's address book.
— CLIENT CHATS —
• All customer inquiries in a single conversation list:

• Colored channel icons next to each conversation indicate where the message originated. • Filter by channel and status (private/unattended/private).
• Reactions, message replies, sending photos, videos, and files.
— INTERNAL CHATS —
• Private messaging with colleagues and group chats.
• Reactions, replies, quoting, and conversation search.
• "Typing" indicator, read statuses.
• Create groups directly from the app.
— WHO WILL BE USEFUL —
• Sales: incoming leads from the website and messengers, along with calls —
never lose requests, see the entire communication history with the client in one place.
• Help Desk: a unified request queue across all channels, an "unattended" filter helps quickly sort new tickets, and transfers conversations to a colleague without losing context.
• Contact Center Managers and Agents: supervisor mode, accepted/missed call statistics, and the ability to pick up a conversation from a subordinate.
• Field employees: a work number "in your pocket" — the client calls the corporate line, the conversation takes place through the app, while their personal mobile phone number remains hidden.
— SECURITY —
• All connections are protected by TLS.
• Credentials are stored in secure Android storage.
• Data is linked to the corporate account and is deleted upon employee termination or upon request.
— REQUIREMENTS —
• Android 7.0 or higher.
• Stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network).
• Corporate account on the Multicom platform.
• Requested permissions:
– Microphone — for voice during calls;
– Notifications — notifications about incoming calls and messages;
– Contacts — caller name substitution (read only locally, not transmitted to the server);
– Bluetooth — working with a headset;
– Autostart and background service – to maintain SIP registration and avoid missing incoming calls.
— WHO IS IT FOR? —
The app is intended only for employees of companies connected to the Multicom platform. Registration is not available from within the app; an account must be created by the company administrator in the corporate dashboard.
