About this app

“Open Region.62” is a unified platform of services for resolving issues of residents of the region.

Using the application, you can:
• send messages about problems related to housing and communal services and city improvement, the condition of roads and sidewalks, illegal construction and trade facilities, violations of land or migration laws;
• inform city services about the lack of reference information on information stands, as well as the unsatisfactory sanitary condition of premises in budgetary institutions in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, social protection of the population, and employment;
• obtain additional information about management organizations and influence their rating in the region;
• receive information about the progress of consideration and processing of requests sent by you;
• evaluate the answer received;
• make an appointment with the regional Commissioner for Human Rights.
