The program provides information on several thousand chemicals and products: basic properties, explosion and fire, the risk to humans, personal protective equipment, the necessary actions, neutralization, first aid.

Search by name of the substance or article, the UN number, emergency card. When looking for spelling mistakes corrected and taken into account the existence of synonyms.

The program also includes:
- Information on the color and labeling of containers and rail tankers;
- Deciphering the signs of danger and tables accompanying the cargo;
- Deciphering the code of emergency measures (KEM), hazard identification numbers, groups of explosives compatibility.
