With the app, you can:
- Complete personalized adaptation tracks created by your company’s HR team;
- Receive step-by-step daily and weekly tasks — from getting acquainted with colleagues to mastering key business processes;
- Study important documents, video tutorials, and training materials directly in the app;
- Complete quizzes and assignments to reinforce knowledge and receive feedback;
- Communicate with your mentor and supervisor via built-in chat;
- Track your progress: see what you’ve completed, what’s next, and how close you are to finishing adaptation;
- Earn points or internal company currency.
How it works:
- After being hired, you receive an invitation to install the app;
- Log in using your corporate email or SSO;
- Start your individual adaptation track;
- Complete tasks and upload confirmations (photos, answers, checklists);
- Receive feedback from your mentor and HR team.
