Отвратительное приложение как и качество интернета. Попробуйте пройти квест самостоятельной смены тарифа ... без помощи оператора вы это не сделаете, но оператор будет вам отвечать по 30 минут и выпаривать ненужные услуги

Смена тарифа производится очень просто!
Можем предложить подключить что-либо, но выбор всегда за вами)
Мы всегда стараемся отвечать как можно скорее, но некоторые каналы связи могли быть перегружены, поэтому у нас их несколько (соц. сети, телефон и чат в приложении и на сайте)
