About this app

Planiro is a mobile client for the cloud-based commercial lease accounting service (planiro.ru). Registration and login are done in the app; the same account is used for the web dashboard.

Purpose: Accounting for properties and premises, contracts, invoices, and meter readings; viewing notifications and metrics on a dashboard; accessing full reports and downloads via the web interface from the app.

For the owner, manager, and accountant: dashboard (properties, premises, active contracts, accounts payable, overdue payments, warnings); properties and premises; tenant register; contracts; invoices; meters; notifications; "Reports" section with web dashboard; settings.

For the tenant: dashboard; contracts and invoices based on available data; multiple organizations if necessary; meters; notifications; web reports; settings.

Web dashboard reports (access depends on your role and organization settings):

- Finance and billing: expected monthly income, bills issued and paid for the period, outstanding balances, number of overdue bills, collection rates, deposits, penalties; payment discipline sections; accrual, payment, and outstanding balance schedules by month; bill and payment summary by facility and tenant; export to Excel and PDF.
- Occupancy: room statuses, floors, and facilities.
- Contracts: by status and type, monthly dynamics, list.
- Debt: debt age, top debtors, dynamics, list of overdue bills.
- Tenants: top tenants by income, list with summary.
- Actions: change log (audit).
