Attention passengers:

1. PASSPORT! Dear passengers, for issuing a ticket, REQUIREMENT OF IDENTIFICATION OF PERSONAL IDENTITY DATA (most often passports), as well as during the control on the way REQUIREMENT OF THE PRESENTATION OF THE DOCUMENT.
Please be patient and understanding, since THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE GOVERNING BODIES FOR REGISTRATION AND CONTROL OF ELECTRONIC TICKET (Clauses 3.1-3.5 of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated August 21, 2012 N 322 and Clauses 78, 82 of the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers, Luggage, and Cargo Luggage by Rail).

With an unstable Internet connection, the ticket may not be downloaded to the device. If you log in, then the ticket will load exactly when you enter the "Order History" menu. A copy is always sent to the e-mail address indicated at the time of purchase.

3. IF THE TICKET IS NOT COMPLETED, and the text message about the debit has already arrived, BE SURE! Refunds will occur automatically within a few minutes.
Please note that banks do not send an SMS message about the refund. To be sure to return, please contact those. support of your bank.

4. For devices with ANDROID version 4.3.0 and below! For reasons beyond our control, buying tickets on your devices is not possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

5. NO MOSCOW and MOSCOW REGION, Novosibirsk, Rio de Janeiro, Warsaw, Bishkek and Astana in the choice of stations! In the application, stations of those carrier companies that are connected to the application are available.

6. PREPARATION OF PREFERRED ELECTRONIC TICKETS IS NOT PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH Clause 77 of the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers, Baggage, and Cargo Luggage by Rail.

At the same time, IT IS NECESSARY TO SAVE THE ELECTRONIC TICKET DIRECTLY ON YOUR DEVICE immediately after purchase, so as not to get into a situation where there is no Internet connection and the ticket cannot be downloaded for control.

Present an electronic ticket and an identity document to the controller on the screen of your device during boarding and en route of the train.
To pass through the turnstile, bring the barcode on the device screen to the scanner.

This app is totally useless and unreliable. I didn't have any cash on me and it was very important for me to get to the city. I tried to buy a ticket five times during the day and once just before boarding the train. Guess what? It didn't work. Even though I tried different cards. It kept saying: don't do anything, the payment is being processed it might take a few minutes. I even waited for 40 minutes once and nothing happened. Thank God I could pay with my card on the train. I'm so angry!

The interface is a bit outdated, and has no localisation. I understand and accept the necessity of using my paasport to buy a ticket, unlike most people reviewing this app.

Poor UX. Required a lot of personal data to buy a ticket: full name, phone, email and passport number.
