Description
1. The Encryptor app uses AES-256 encryption. AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) is a symmetric block encryption algorithm. It is used worldwide today, from smartphones to military systems.
2. Before using the app, you must go to the "Key Settings" menu (the two-key icon) to generate at least one encryption key.
3. The generated key must be shared with the person with whom you plan to communicate using encrypted messages. Choose a trusted and secure channel for transmitting the key.
4. The user must save the generated key in the "Key Settings" menu; only then will they be able to decrypt messages from you.
5. You can create as many keys as you like. Each key must have its own name; otherwise, you will simply overwrite the old key and need to send it again.
6. HOW DOES IT WORK?
6.1. After exchanging encryption keys, select the desired key from the list, enter the text in the encryption field, and click the "Encode" button. The encrypted text will appear in the field below.
6.2. Click the curved arrow to forward the encrypted text to the recipient via any channel (messenger).
6.3. The recipient pastes the encrypted text into the appropriate field, selects the correct key (received from the other party), and clicks the "Decode" button.
6.4. The decrypted text will appear in the field above.
