About this app

RestDocs is a working tool for restaurant managers, merchandisers, and accountants. The app connects to the restaurant's inventory control system and transfers daily routines to your phone: product receipt, inventory, production, and reporting.

PHOTO-BILLS
Take a photo of a paper waybill or UPD—the supplier, number, date, items, amounts, and VAT are automatically recognized and entered into accounting as a document, not as lines to be typed manually.

EDI AND WAYBILLS
Incoming UPDs from suppliers and electronic waybills (ETrN)—in a single list: signature status, ETRN-UTD linking, and transfer to receipt. Bulk actions—for multiple documents at once.

MARKING
Immediately see which documents contain Chestny ZNAK stamps and whether they have been withdrawn from circulation.

CASH RECEIPT SCANNER
Cash purchases: scan the receipt's QR code—the contents will be recorded. You can also upload photos or PDF scans of multiple receipts: the QR codes will be found automatically. A direct delivery note can be dictated: "tomatoes, five kilos, two thousand, one hundred and fifteen"—or collected with a barcode scanner.

AI ASSISTANT
The assistant analyzes your entire warehouse—stock balances, purchases, product movement, and consumption according to process chart standards. It identifies accounting problems: inventory is piling up and not being used, write-offs are not consistent with standards, supplier prices have increased—and suggests how to fix them.
Ask in your own words: "How much beef tenderloin was consumed last week?" "Move 5 kg of halibut from the kitchen to the bar yesterday." The assistant responds to your warehouse data and opens reports with the same filters, prepares draft documents (you review and submit them yourself), helps with process sheets and nutritional information—only writes them down after your approval. It understands photos, PDFs, and Excel. Available on the AI-enabled plan.

VOICE AND SCANNER REVISION
Speak your balances as you see fit—the app will parse your speech into items and quantities, add "10 plus 2 plus 3," and display the transcript. Your speech is transcribed directly on your phone. The barcode scanner remembers mappings for the entire facility: one employee links them—they work for everyone.

WAREHOUSE DOCUMENTS
Movements, consumption, and production based on process sheets—create, post, and cancel transactions directly from your phone.

ANALYTICS
Purchases by item and supplier, balance sheet, product movement with a schedule, sales analysis, and ABC analysis. Export to PDF and Excel.

ROLE-BASED ACCESS
Each employee sees only their own sections; their phone is linked to the location with an access code.
