About this app

"My Dacha" is a mobile app from the russnt.ru platform for Russian gardening non-profit partnerships (SNTs). One client for all partnerships: when you first launch the app, enter your SNT's Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and start managing your plot.

FOR GARDENERS
• Personal account with annual balance
• All charges with breakdowns (membership and target fees)
• Payment history linked to plot
• Electronic membership application – no paperwork or in-person visit to the board
• Board and gardeners chat
• Submit requests to update plot data
• Upload title documents (EGRN extract, certificate, agreement)
• Board announcements – on the main page of the SNT website

FOR THE CHAIRMAN
• Plot and owner register
• Tariffs by year, automatic calculation of charges based on plot area
• Import of bank statements (CSV/1C) with automatic matching by plot number
• Accounting for write-offs and expenses of the partnership
• Moderation of gardeners' applications and requests
• Partnership announcements and documents (Charter, FEO, minutes, estimate)

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY (152-FZ)
• All sensitive data (passport, SNILS, phone number, address) is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on servers in the Russian Federation.
• Electronic consent is signed with IP address, time stamp, and text hash for Roskomnadzor audits.
• Personal data access log
• Two-factor authentication for the chairman
• Full compliance with 152-FZ and 217-FZ.

COST FOR SNT
Subscription: 1,000 rubles per month per association. Unlimited number of plots, gardeners, documents, and ads. Hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, updates, and support are included.

DEMO MODE
The "Try demo" button in the first window opens the SNT Platform demo account with test data. You can view all the functionality under the chairman and gardener roles without connecting your gardening partnership.

HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Install the app from Google Play
2. Enter your SNT's Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
3. If your SNT is connected to the platform, log in using your username
4. If not, the chairman can submit a connection request directly from the app
