The Teorema application is a multifunctional service created for tenants of Teorema Management Company. The application greatly simplifies interaction with the management company and contractors. Thanks to this digital solution, you can easily apply for the maintenance of rented offices, send messages about problems. It also allows you to book passes for couriers and guests.

To control the status of order execution, the user receives SMS and Push notifications. After completing the work, it is proposed to evaluate their quality. Using the application, the tenant saves working time, simplifies the process of interaction with the management company and speeds up the resolution of current issues.

Service "Theorem" is constantly updated, its functionality is expanding and the interface is being improved.

What’s new

Instead of showing only the location name, the full location path is displayed. If you have similar names on different floors or in different buildings, there’s no need to open a request to find out where exactly the issue occurred — the relevant information is visible right away. For large facilities, you can expand or collapse the full path as needed.
In addition, when assigning executors or assistants manually, you’ll now see not only their names but also their job titles.
