About this app

Service Inspector is a modern approach to control standards and operations based on digital checklists and forms.
Our service is suitable for institutions of any sort and the size: restaurant, coffee shop, shop, building, hotel, hostel, beauty shop, medical institution, cleaning and another.
The checklists that work. Employees pass check lists in the mobile application, confirm the fact of execution by photos, write comments, start tasks for correction. All data is stored in the cloud.
Large library of ready-made standards, checklists and forms.
Remote control. Upon completion of the checklist, you or your employees receive an automatic PDF report containing all the necessary information. The results are available on the website and in the app.
Analytics of operating activities. The ability to view dynamics and changes, find weaknesses and make quick decisions that will make your institution better.
Tasks. To ensure that no problem eludes the solution, set up repair tasks from the mobile app and assign it to the employee. The employee will know about the task by PUSH notification.
Staff motivation and adaptation. The rating of employees, services, establishments will allow you to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) in the organization and build a motivational program for employees.

— Auto-tasks for violations. Answer "No" in a checklist — a corrective task is created automatically. Enable in settings.
— Pick a violation from a list. When answering "No," you can now select a reason from preset options instead of typing manually. Faster and more accurate.
