UIS and CoMagic is a unified communications, marketing and sales analytics platform.

This application combines all customer requests from various channels (voice and text) in a single window. Your employees can process them at any convenient time. You will not lose a single request and reduce processing time due to a user-friendly interface and additional tools.

The application allows:
- receive and process calls, chats and applications from the site, social networks and instant messengers;
- call or send messages to customers, including writing first;
- show information about the request in order to know exactly what request the client came with;
- transfer the dialogue to colleagues if you cannot help the client;
- show the entire history of calls with this client in order to be exactly in the context of his needs;
- change your status, indicating readiness to process requests;
- receive timely push notifications so as not to miss requests.

The application is available to current users of the UIS/CoMagic platform.
