Our school is a special place where everyone can learn to better understand themselves through their body. We combine knowledge of how our body and psyche work.

Here you will find a wide range of courses that will help you better understand yourself and others, develop communication skills and learn how to cope with stress.

We have two directions:
• Personal - take the course for yourself, along with the sensitive support of a bodily psychotherapist.
• Professional - learn a new approach to therapy, get a diploma and start building a private practice.
