About this app
WeNet — food, grocery, and parcel delivery in your city. Order from restaurants, cafes, stores, and pharmacies, or call a courier to send your package to your address. Delivery costs are visible before ordering, and the courier is visible on the map.
Nearby establishments
A directory with search by name, category, and product. The map shows what's open nearby, complete with logos, addresses, and opening hours. The list can be sorted "nearest first" and shows the distance to each location. Cafe menus are scrollable by section, while store menus are expanded into a category tree—the convenient way for this directory.
Price without surprises
Dishes with dimensions are marked "from" on the card—the price is smaller, not the average. Choose 35 cm—the price changes immediately. Items that the establishment gives away for free (packaging, cutlery, straws) are clearly marked "Free."
Call a courier
Send a parcel, documents, or forgotten keys. Route points—A, B, and additional—are set directly on the map, and the price is calculated before the call, based on distance and the selected vehicle. Available couriers nearby are immediately visible on the map.
Delivery at a glance
The courier is shown on the map in real time, with a direction arrow: you can see not only where they are, but also where they're going. Notifications are provided for every step—order accepted, packed, handed over to the courier, and delivered.
Card payment and receipt
Pay in the app by card or cash upon delivery. A receipt in accordance with Federal Law 54-FZ is sent to your phone. You can remember your card so you don't have to enter it again.
Services with appointments
Haircuts, on-call service, and rentals are processed as an order, but with a date and time. The app won't let you schedule an appointment when the business is closed.
Recurring orders
Set up a scheduled delivery—water on Tuesdays, groceries on Fridays—and the order will be picked and paid for automatically. A limit protects against price increases: orders won't be processed for more than the specified amount.
Installment Plan
Purchase in installments from service partners: application, payment schedule, and due date reminders—all in the app, no need to visit the office.
My Addresses
Save as many addresses as you want with comments for your courier—entrance, floor, intercom code. You can select an address on the map instead of typing it out blindly.
Chat Support
Ask questions about your order in the built-in chat, no calls or waiting on hold. Send a separate message to the establishment about a specific order.
Works even without a network connection.
You can download a city map in advance: in the basement and on the stairs, the app continues to display the route and addresses.

Shift, nearby orders, route to locations, wallet, and payouts. Orders are visible with addresses, amount, and payment method even before they're picked up.
Establishments – a dashboard instead of correspondence
Order acceptance and statuses, a menu with its own sections and sizes, product photos, storefront stories, employees with permissions, and a revenue summary. The establishment processes delivery orders automatically, with a location on the map, transport selection, and preparation time: the order isn't shown to couriers until then. The owner decides which employees see what.
The accounting system remains yours.
The menu and orders are synced with the establishment's cash register – iiko, Frontpad, Parhato, or Wayset Cash Register. The order goes to the kitchen where the establishment operates every day, and the stop list and prices are pulled back.
