VOLT is an app for finding charging stations, starting charging, and managing electric vehicle charging sessions.

CHARGING STATION FINDING

Find suitable charging stations on the map and get complete information about each location.

At supported stations, you can control the barrier directly from the app.

Plan a route to the selected station using the convenient navigator.

CHOOSE A STATION AND CONNECTOR

Before your trip, check the status of the station and its connectors.

The app displays:

• Connector type and capacity
• Current status
• Availability or occupancy
• Vehicle connection
• Current tariff
• Starting and charging costs

The vehicle connection indicator helps you quickly identify the right connector and avoid accidentally starting a session.

FLEXIBLE RATES

Before charging begins, the user sees all tariff conditions.

The cost may include:

• energy consumption fee
• time fee
• session start fee
• idle rate after charging is complete
• day and night periods
• dynamic conditions
• special offers for specific user groups

Some stations offer special rates for taxi drivers and corporate fleets.

CHARGING SESSION MANAGEMENT

When starting a session, you can select an available limitation option:

• charging to full charge
• reaching a specified vehicle charge level
• kWh limit
• cost limit

During charging, the app displays the current status, session duration, energy consumed, and cost.

CHARGING ANALYTICS

Monitor your charging session parameters on a graph.

All active, completed, and interrupted sessions are saved in the history.

CARS

Add your electric vehicles and save their key characteristics:

• VIN number
• Vehicle color
• Supported connector types
• Primary vehicle

At compatible stations, your vehicle can be automatically identified by its VIN number. This allows you to start charging without opening the VOLT app.

BOOKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

Book an available connector in advance if supported by your selected station.

Before confirming your reservation, the app displays waiting, cancellation, and possible reservation costs.

• Station or vehicle errors

Automatic notifications help you monitor your charging, even when the app is closed.
