The app cannot charge an annual percentage rate (APR) higher than 36%.

TOTAL COST OF LOAN (TCL):

LOAN TERM:
Up to 365 days.
NO PENALTIES OR FIRES ARE CHARGED in case of late payment.

EXAMPLE OF LOAN COST CALCULATION:
Interest Amount = Loan Amount × Loan Period × (Rate % / 100)
Amount Due = Loan Amount + Interest Amount

IF REPAYMENT IS NOT MADE ON TIME:
Interest for late payments is calculated at the same rate as specified in the agreement.

Formula:
Late Interest Amount = Loan Amount × Number of Days Overdue × (Rate % / 100)

TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE RETURNED IF OVERDUE:
Loan Amount + interest for the period + interest for days overdue.

MAXIMUM INTEREST LIMIT:
The total interest cannot exceed 130% of the loan amount.

If you miss a repayment deadline, interest will accrue for each day of delay at the same rate as specified in the agreement. For example, if the repayment deadline is missed by 5 days, the interest accrued for 5 days of delay is 400 rubles.
If the agreement is for 31 days, the total amount due, taking into account the missed deadline, is: 10,000 + 2,480 + 400 = 12,880 rubles.

The maximum interest that can accrue cannot exceed 130% of the loan amount. In this case, the maximum interest accrued for a 10,000 ruble loan would be 13,000 rubles, and the total amount due, including the principal, would be 23,000 rubles.
