“Non-round Pizza” is a team born in Gatchina and inspired by Roman pizza. To create our recipes, we invited Russian champions in Roman pizza, who helped us develop a unique dough. Starting with a small team, we expanded and formed a strong team. Two years later, at the request of our guests, we launched a line of rolls, again inviting experts for development. We carefully monitor product quality, conduct daily tastings and constantly improve our processes to delight our customers more and more.
