The application has four modes:

3. Recalculation of the mortgage in case of early repayment. Here you will receive a new mortgage calculation in two modes - when choosing to reduce the payment term or monthly payment.
4. Mortgage recalculation regime for early repayment. You can choose two scenarios - reducing the mortgage term (while the monthly payment remains the same) or reducing the monthly payment, while maintaining the mortgage term.
