Blackbird checks a username or email address against hundreds of public
sites and shows you which ones have a matching account.
Enter a username or email, and Blackbird queries each site's public
"does this account exist" endpoint directly from your device — the same
public information you'd find by visiting each site yourself, just checked
in parallel instead of one at a time.
FEATURES
- Search by username or email across 700+ sites (social, coding, gaming,
finance, and more), sourced from the open WhatsMyName project
- See results as they come in, filterable by category
- Export results to CSV or PDF
- Optional AI summary of the accounts found (only the names of the sites
where an account was found are sent for this — never the username or
email you searched)
Blackbird does not create an account, does not store your searches on our
servers, and does not track you. It only checks whether a public account
page exists at each site.
INTENDED USE
Blackbird is a tool for people who want to understand their own public
digital footprint, and for researchers, journalists, and security
professionals doing open-source investigation (OSINT). It surfaces only
information those sites already make publicly visible — it does not access
private data, does not bypass authentication, and does not monitor or
track anyone's activity.
This app is an independent companion to the open-source Blackbird CLI
project (github.com/p1ngul1n0/blackbird).
Check where a username or email has accounts, across hundreds of sites.
