Past 3 years alot of bugs repeat to develop each time a new version of dunzo app and even support teams and concern teams never resolved any kind of issue. And one thing alot of fake reasons for applying penalties for partners and never checking proper issue. Most of thing is always support team saying don't have authority to solve issues we will forward to concern team. But from 7 years i didn't get any solution from concern team.

Looks company going to shutdown process. Delivery partners not getting any new offers and incentives msg. Last 6 month app lagging lot. It's better to announce news earlys. Treating delivery partner very bad, all partners left only buz penalty charges with no reasons, no proof for deduction clarification and justification very bad it's totally about partner duuva wish u happy journey.....

I m trying to reach support via app by raising tickets, but without resolving my issue each time you or application keeps on closing my ticket..... I have not recived my payment for this week.... where the hell should i go to raise my issue..... because there is no help from application..... what messed up support system does this app have
