About this app

Rural Data is the Rural Data rural management platform app, designed for livestock farmers and the consulting firms that serve them. With it, you can record and track farm finances directly from your cell phone, in the office or in the middle of the pasture.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
Record income and expenses even where there is no signal. As soon as your cell phone connects, everything is automatically synchronized with the Rural Data platform.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Home: view your entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and overdue accounts.

• New entry: record income and expenses, cash or installments, with category, supplier, and payment method.

• AI-powered invoice: take a photo of the invoice and the app fills in the value, date, supplier, and category for you to check.

• Attachments: save photos of receipts and invoices along with each entry.

• Reports: track income, expenses, and the farm's results by period.

• Suppliers: registration with contact information and bank details, and a history of all payments made to each supplier.

• Categories: consult the chart of accounts used in your transactions.

WHO IT'S FOR
Access is via your Rural Data platform account. If you are already a client, use the same email and password. On your first access, the app will help you create your password.
