About this app

Tears of Prayer is a quiet place to pray out loud.

Speak your prayer as you would to God. The app writes it down for you, then offers a Bible verse that fits what you prayed and a short, gentle word of encouragement. Over time, your prayers fill a tear bottle — a reminder of the psalm: "put thou my tears into thy bottle" (Psalm 56:8, KJV).
