the theoretical video is designed with a very bad quality, have a lot of bugs, such as, if the video was stopped due to any reason like answering the phone, replying to a message, or even by mistake, you have to start the video again from the beginning, there is no option to forward the video, also a lot of wasted time inside the video, the music period between each topic in the video is very long, the questions in the end of the lectures don't fully appear.

I rated this experience 2 stars. The driving license process was smooth & efficient. However, I didn't give 3 stars due to some technical issues with the app: 1. During initial registration, the app displayed an error message (Something went wrong). Fortunately, the appointment staff helped resolve the issue. 2. The app is entirely in Arabic, and the language change option doesn't work. To improve the user experience, I kindly request that you optimize the app & resolve these technical issues.

Everything is good but i dont ynderstand why are there appointments for practical class after computer test . My friend took computer test from dallah and he got the license next day . Whereas in JDS its been 2 days and there is no available appointment . Its too much time taking. They really need to fix this
